Usage and Licensing Terms - SVG Data Widgets

The SVG Data Widgets are provided without warranty.

This license is a dual-use license.

For the purpose of this document, commercial use is defined as use by indivuduals or companies which are deriving income by selling, using, or making available the software covered by this agreement. Examples of commercial use include but are not limited to: using the software on a website that has been developed as part of a contractual agreement, packaging the software into a product, selling the software, or selling a product or service through a website which uses the software.

Examples of non-commercial use include personal testing or development, evaluation within a company, or building a prototype or proof of concept within a company or to show to an existing or potential client.

Non-commercial use

Use of this software is hereby granted to registered users for non-commercial use. The software must be used in its existing form without modification and credit must be explicitly provided to roitsystems, along with a visible web link, to the roitsystems.com home page.

Commercial use

Commercial use is authorized only for computers for which a license has been requested and granted. Commercial licenses is provided on a per-cpu basis.

Unless an existing license is in place, users agree to pay EUR1000.00 per CPU for every installed version not covered by an agreement.

For example, an 8-cpu webserver requiring a license for this software will cost EUR8,000.00.
